Beware of this far below standard spa & rip off

Took a groupon special but still paid 1100 for it for a supposed couples treatment lasting 3 hours. We were first greeted by 3 staff that could barely speak English so huge barriers, then handed dirty unwashed gowns to wear, the slippers were so used they were curled up & brown. Toilets did not even flush, treatments were cut down to 2 hours, steam room was filled with mould. & stank so bad, then no jacuzzi cause they said they having water problems, then surprise you owe us 700 more at the end, why? Cause they charged per oil they applied & the foot massage cost extra cause it's not included. So you get a 3 hour treatment package for a full body but no oil for the massage, extra foot massage included but entire session done in 2 hours still??? Glass of bubbly was so old, it had no bubbles at all, no milk for the tea, best part is they hand you a voucher when u leave offering comp jacuzzi session cause of their water problem but funny thing is it expired 6 days ago already whilst we watched the 700 extra cash paid go into the drawer with no receipt offered at all... oh & pay for your own parking on your way out after rude hotel staff show you the pay points... never again!!
