Groupon won't helpwith refund

My partner & I went to Luxury Lifestyle Spa in May as she bought a Groupon Voucher to a 3 hour Spa Treatment-Cocktail on arrival, Strawberry Fondue with chocolate, Swedish Massage, Standard Manicure & Pedicure, Jacuzzi, Sauna/Steam room. We went with huge expectations and what a flop. No Cocktail (warm cheap red wine), An old bought piece of chocolate cake (Strawberry fondue), Massage (that hurt like for 45 min), Jacuzzi was broken as well as the Sauna/Steam bath. We left before halfway through. We spoke to a gentleman called Peter who said we would get a full refund. We have called a cell number of the owner given to us endlessly & don't get a response. Have been back to the Spa and tried calling the owner from the employees phone and was told there is no airtime, and the land line is a cell phone... many excuses and still no refund. Even Groupon cannot help as we contacted them when it happened and where told we can only get a refund once the offer was over... Offer was over long ago and still nothing!!! We have been ripped off and owners like this should be shot or put behind bars. False advertising.
