I applied for the chronic medication benefit on discovery health and I emailed my application forms through to them. I never heard anything back regarding the application then when I logged in online I saw I had been rejected. I have emailed discovery 3 times now asking if I could get a reason for the declining of the application and I haven't received a single response back. Very poor service.
