Discovery does not follow-up on applications

I have send my application to Discovery on the 22 of January, I have not received any correspondense from them via email, according to one of their new business specialists, they have send me an email on the 25th of January, which they never did. I have proof of my application send to them the 22nd of Jan. I found out that I am pregnant about the 20th of March, and they just don't want to cover as you need to apply or be already covered before your are pregnant. I have the proof that I only found out the 20th of March, but they still do not want to cover for my pregnancy, as they did not process my application which I've send them the 22nd of Jan, apparently its the customers responsibility to follow up. I have also send my application to a broker the 25th of Jan, she did not follow-up as well. Now I have to sit with this situation... Discovery just lift their shoulders, they just not considering anything.
