Very Bad attitude and very poor service

I took my son to this urologist in Polokwane for a rare defect he was born with at birth, and the Urologist booked him for an operation at Polokwane mediclinic. the operation was done on my son. now the bad attitude comes when this urologist didnt even want to be questioned by me. i asked how was the operation and does he thin my answer will get better he didnt answer a single question the only time he spoke to me was when letting me know my son is discharged.

2) one and half after the operation is done my son complains about a pain on the operation, i took him back to the Urologist to inguire. he just told me my son is us.

3) for some reason after a long time i googled this rare defect, and i got the answers what is it where to take him for cure..to my supprise this guy didnt even have a clue what was that and told me sorry he cant help my son after operating my son of what he doesnt know. now my problem is how can he put my sons life and future at risk without doing a proper research whats wrong and how he is going to operate him. what was he doing when operating him?
