Security BAD attitude!!! Cynthia!!!

My Dad was admitted to hospital for kidney stones and had to go to Rose-acres Clinic as the best urologist will attend to him. My Mom and Dad waited to be assisted from 1 PM. Not one staff member assisted in giving him any pain killers, he was then later moved to the surgical ward as he needed to go for an operation to remove the kidney stones. He only went to theatre at 19:30 pm (during visiting hours). We waited for them to finish and for my Dad to get back to his bed.
The security guard (Cynthia) came in and very rudely told us to leave! We tried explaining to her that no one is here to help my dad we would like to help him to the toilet and back to bed, she then raised her voice at my Mom, who then started crying, upsetting all the other patients in the ward! We were very upset about this as NOT ONE nurse or Doctor stood by to assist my Dad and help with painkillers and new linen! This was very upsetting and UNACCEPTABLE. We understand that she was just trying to do her job, but she was not polite or sympathetic at all. d and very rude!! We are still not sure if my Dad got Meds for the pain or not, or new linen! F*ing DISAPPOINTING! Our medical aids should withdraw all business
