Pathetic Service from Discovery

I have call the call centre number 5 days now however i cannot get assistance i need to see a Urologist, Customer service says Olivedale is fine i had now made an appointment wit him, Called again to check apperently Olivedale is not on the network i must go to 4ways life called fourways life make appointment then cancelled agent says call Mayo clinic called no Urologist there i am now on the call for 35min still no assitance can someone please assist me urgently all i need is a urologist in the area and four my medical aid to pay out assist if you can if you cant let me know i will try Speak out on 0767209481 and then Facebook.
Please also get a QA person to listen to this call to see how long i am holding for i am now hanging up this call.
