BAD STINKING ATTITUDE- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

For a couple of days now I have been dealt with very poorly by one of your managers Khotso Tserema, the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time that i try make a follow up on a query I am made to feel that I am getting in his way, and he makes it obvious that he would rather be doing something else. My supplier made a deposit of 13500 which was successfully paid out the next morning. i phoned a couple of days later and asked Boitumelo (call center agent i assume) if my supplier can make a payment of R50 if it can be cleared. to my surprise she said yes it can be cleared. my client then made a deposit of the said amount and upto this day it has not been cleared. This deposit is supposed to clear in 2 working days at most.

whats mostly irritating is whenever i call, they shout his name and i can hear in the background, Khotso instructing them that he is not in the office. i have probably left a over 50 messages for him to call me, and as usual he never does.

I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. It may be worth reminding Mr Khotso Tserema that my business helps to pay his wages.
