Ive had endless online issues with sunswop and the last time i did i was so upset i called sunswop only to get no assistance. they routed me to head office who explained the waitlist issue and therefore the booking i was trying to make was not going through. thanks a lot for informing me that even though it will call me it would not be of any help...

may i just enlighten you on the fact that everytime i try tosearch availability it tells me that there is no availability for a week from the day im searching even though my dates arent specific!

ive been trying for a while now...

please dont encourage your LOYAL customers to use this faulty frustrating system... i can give you a list of errors and things that dont work... but its not my job...

also was told a while back thst since the season is a peak season they dont take waitlists as availibility is scarce... and so in the previous years too osama and others used to always assist me...

realllly dissapointed

nb no need to call me to say nothing can be done about the errors like when i was asked to pay for my 14-21 december online booking that wouldnt go through because of your fauly system
