I would like to be one of the people that smile about QVC but in my three years with this contractual obligation to them, I have nothing but regret.
1. Their online booking system doesnt work for me, I have chosen lowest peak period dates and I still do not receive anything- it always says "no search results"
2. Then I decide to phone and have an interactive conversation with a consultant and it takes no less than 10 minutes waiting period to talk to someone, on all occasions that I phoned, i hung up out of concern for my airtime.
3. Isn't there a way that in preparation for a peak season like December, ALL members receive an email at the same time with what is available and then they all have sameperiod during which they can start making bookings. In that way I know that if I snooze I loose. As it is, I dont get anything, not because I did not act, but simply because I am not empowered with information on when to act, with regards to making reservations. What do the people who get accomodation for December period do that I dont do. It cant be using the online system because that does not work unless i need training.
