Waited more than 1 hour for food

We had dinner on fri 10 at the fire and ice hotel. We all ordered together and my husband and I did not get food everyone at our table was almost done with there meals when the manager eventually came over to us to explain that there was a mess up in the kitchen I then told him that I'm pregnant, starving and that it was unacceptable that the problem was only picked up after 20 min after everyone else received there food, I then told him that I will not be paying for my meal.

We received the bill and mine And my husband food was on the bill, really not impressed as on top of the late food the service was pathetic.

Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
