Unpresentable, disgusting food and servcice!

On Sunday, 19 May 2013 myself, my husband and my parents decided we will go for a nice lunch at DE KELDER. On arrival we were taken to our seats and we placed our drinks order. After having to request the menu (as this was not handed to us on arrival) we ordered a Garil & Feta pizza for starters. This came out and was fine and we ordered our mains. After waiting for about an hour we finally received our food which looked boring and was horribly presented. My husband ordered a snitzel which was so dry no one could eat it and the chips on all the other plates was baked in old oil - the chips thus to be blackish colour. The food was sent back and new chips was placed on the plates, but no new snitzel. The kitchen had the audacity of sending out the same snitzel and just put the sauce over it trying to disguise it. We then send it back again and had it removed from the billl, my husband had to go home without food! The rest of the food was ok but that place will never see me again. R70 for a plate of food which is uneatable really???!!!
