Im too busy

Ordered food over the telephone so that we don't have to waste time by waiting at the fast food outlet.
Upon going to fetch the food that we ordered the manager was "too busy" just to give me the food and allow me to pay for it.
He proceeded in making me wait a further 20 minutes, upon that he helped many other customers and the customers that had arrived and ordered in the shop after me had received their food first, while my food stood in the kitchen for up to a half an hour, getting cold. When the kitchen staff told him about me and my food, he shrugged them off.
If it wasn't for his name tag I would never have thought that he was the manager especially by his poor uniform apparel.
