Widow subjected to unnecessary debt!!

I am writing this letter on behalf of my mum who has just recently lost my dad on 5th Aug. I have contacted Bonitas in Aug to advise them of his passing and submitted all the required docs however, my mum was still debited for the full amount of R1300.00 at the end of Aug. Bonitas was contacted again and asked to rectify the matter immediately. We were asked to submit docs again to amend the policy details. The same info was sent to them just 3 months prior but the consultants are too lazy and incompetent to look through the history of the policy. All that was needed to be done was to change the principle member of the policy. I contacted them on the 08 Oct, A new policy was opened and my mum WHO IS A PENSIONER was put on the highest salary bracket!! I called again on the 09 Oct to rectify and was told that they need her statement again which was sent on the 08th! CHECK YOUR RECORDS! HOW DOES 1 SWITCH FROM BEING A PENSIONER TO THE HIGHEST SALARY BRACKET IN A SPACE OF 5 MONTHS?? We received an e-mail for an outstanding debt of R2188.75 on the 11 Oct. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RECTIFY THIS AS THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS! WE JUST LOST MY DAD, THE LAST THING WE NEED IS YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!!
