Very Rude Call Center Agent

Good Day

I really do not appreciate the poor service and rude agents at Sizwe.
I have requested medical aid cards in August and after that I have requested cards four times again and I still have not received anything.

Today I spoke to Jo - Anne and she was very rude, not allowing me to finish speaking, raising her voice and making me feel like I bothered her.

If this is the service I receive after being a member for only 10 days I am seriously re - considering my choice of medical aid.
