No Response / Feedback on MSA payment

I am an ex-ProSano member and have contacted Bonitas on numerous occasions regarding my MSA refund from Prosano.
Unfortunately, no-one is able to assist and the matter gets escalated on each occasion with no outcome / feedback.
Can Bonitas please advise to whom I can escalate my matter as I receive inconsistent advise from the call centre and the matter cannot get resolved.
