Last year I submitted two claims via Discover's claim boxes. Before the end of the year I noticed that the money was still not refunded. I submitted again explaining the whole situation. I also phoned and the call centre person informed me that she has spoken to management and that they will get back to me. I simply got a generic email a few days later saying my one claim was not going to be paid as it was submitted out of time. I again email the queries and explained the situation and ask that somebody give me feedback as to what happened to my claims the first time. I again only received a generic reply saying the other claim was now rejected. Is there any person actually reading these emails and giving feedback to specific queries or can they only copy and paste a template email. Who do I need to speak to who can actually think for themselves, not treat me as just another number and give me proper feedback. I think I pay more than enough to get some personal treatment?!
