Poor service-Out of chronic medication no feedback

I have been seeing the pulmonologist for 3 or 4 years and all the tests and visits were always covered. I was advised by a consultant that I do not need authorisation for my specialist visit, but now my account has not been paid on the basis that I did not obtain authorisation. I've been in contact with Discovery since May 21st when I first received legal threats from the dr. saying that the account was not paid. The case is being "investigated", but now a month down the line I have not received any feed back and I ran out of Foxair, my accuhaler, for which I need a prescription from the specialist. I cant go back to the dr unless the account is settled and I have been without my medication for 3 days now and I am not coping without it.
