This is becoming very FUSTRATING NOW! What is the progress on this?
On Monday afternoon I spoke to Brenda and she advised me she will call me back regarding my medical aid contract which was with another department at the moment. I have not yet received that call.
Yesterday I sent a follow up email, no response.
Ivy, can you please take this up with Bankmed and the departments manager as the service they provide is below standard.
Remember this request is outstanding from the 12th of September (20 Days request ) - how long does it take to add a user to Bankmed knowing I work for the Bank. Is this the service given to all (Banking Industry Name) Staff?
My wife and I are not on medical aid at the moment, if anything has to happen, I will hold Bankmed responsible for this, my phone calls and emails mean nothing in this case, .
