Yet again they wont pay

I went to Garden City Clinic a while ago for a sleep study, got authorisation from the medical aid, end the hospital confirmed it. now Garden City is harassing me for almost R5000.00 because Discovery wont pay the claim, Discovery says, i submitted the claim to late. IM ON KEYCARE!!! How can i submit a claim late, when you need authorisation in advance to go to the hospital, the hospital would have never accepted me if i did not have authorisation, why did you people authorise a hospital stay if you now dont want to pay, THIS HAS YET AGAIN BECOME MY PROBLEM, Discovery constantly has issues with payments, on valid claims, which they authorised in the first place, now lawyers ar ephoning me for monies owed to the hospital that Discovery is supposed to pay, ILL SAY AGAIN, IF I WAS NOT FORCED BY MY COMPANY TO BE WITH DISCOVERY I WOULD HAVE LEFT YEARS AGO. ITS A CONSTANT STRUGGLE, the last time with my operation they also refused to pay but they authorised the procedure, also stating i claimed too late, IM ON KEYCARE FFS!!! Im abiding by your rules to get authorisation in the first place, and now you still refuse to pay, YOUR SERVICE!!!
