Hello Bonitas, Me again...
What have I done wrong to you that you are treating me this way, I have only done things as I have been told to do them by your incompetent staff.
This is now my 3rd complaint in less than a month with you. Once again I am stating that I have been a fully paid up member for 15 years and this is how I am treated...
From membership termination, to notification of outstanding amounts when I am fully paid up, which I was told by the lady from customer care was an it glitch, now to deductions from an account that I did not authorise a stop order on. I received a message the other day asking if the banking details are correct and I immediately replied with my new banking details. Today I get a message stating that over R5000 has been deducted from my account. What the for... I paid into your FNB account yesterday!!! Who today has over R5000 just lying around???
Are you really trying to chase me away because I am getting fed up of having to constantly call you on issues!!!
Please can Someone contact, me IMMEDIATELY concerning this issue, And i want a senior person to contact me as I am tired of dealing with incompetent people!
