High Tea Rip Off

I brought a deal on Groupon for the High Tea at the Hamilton Hotel in Craighall Park. What seemed like a professional and upmarket establishment proved to be a complete rip off. I paid R300 for a glorified buffet with a self service tea and coffee station and dried out, day old eats. What was the most disturbing was that The Hamilton had completely overbooked the venue so that there was hardly enough food for all the people who arrived. The buffet was bland and unimaginative and what eats there were available were dried out and stale. There was not even one cake on offer! what is a high tea without cakes? I sent The Hamilton an email so that they could improve their service offering for the remaining groupon "victims" but was not graced with a reply. I was very disappointed with the high tea but am now even more disappointed with their lack of customer service.
