I bought a voucher for a Gourmet Sunday Braai Buffet at Dolce Gusto. I went there on Sunday 17.11.2013 and was surprised at how unorganised this place was and untidy. A buffet is a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners generally serve themselves - there was no buffet period. We were served a plate of salad, with 6 baby potatoes halved and saut? ed. And a board with 3 pieces of wors not more than 10cm, 6 thin slices of steak that cudnt be more than 6cm and 4 pieces of chicken. That was our Buffet. We told them that we don't eat beef and pork and asked for more chicken. They never brought more.

That is not what I paid for and I was so disappointed with the service.

I bought a buffet but did not get that, therefore I should be refunded in full for this purchase.
This is false advertising by this company.
i have spent close to R20000 on Groupon so far and am extremely disappointed with this service.
