What suppose to be a lunch turned out a high tea!!

On August 09 I phoned in to make reservations for Lunch not sure who I spoke to but the information the person gave me was definitely not 5 Star!! I told the Lady I would like to have lunch and she still said it is Halaal friendly. She told me it is Buffet and she explained to me about the the high tea without telling me it's two different venues or menus! I opted for the high Tea thinking it includes lunch. Unaware what I'm going for without eating at home before leaving as I am diabetic thinking I would keep my appetite for the lunch. To my dismay Lona explained the situation and by this time I was furious as I'm diabetic and a high Tea is not really diabetic friendly! Ok we totally confused decided ok it is already late for the Buffet Lunch as it was 14h30 and we had no alternative and was not going for the Alacart. Lona tried her utmost to make us comfortable even offered a fruit basket to me in replacement of the cake. Amy was a great waiter and Liseta was a great host irrespective of the disappointment we had to endure! Kindly teach your illiterate staff when you call in for reservations to explain the set up professionally. We afterwards went to Nando's to at least have a decent meal.
