Cashiers Rude, No Respect For the Clients

I took my family to Milky Lane in Cavendish Square for milkshakes, when i inquired about a product that was advertised on the wall, the attendant asked me if i could not read, i found this type of attitude extremely rude and
her behavior disgusting, when i addressed her regarding her manners and customer care issues, she told that she was only joking, Being rude to clients must be a big JOKE!!! to make matters worse i contacted the complaints department who very nicely advertised their number in the shop, i am still waiting for an apology or call. REALLY DISGUSTED!!!
