I got new glasses 1st time the prescription was wrong, and told me no nothing have to wear them after two week I went back retested eyes and saw it was wrong. after the 2nd new pair of glasses still had problems seeing and focusing then they said its the frames changed that no difference. so asked money back. the let me sign paper to get my money back but charged for eye test but they could not give to me because they could not find my file and now a week been emailing calling to get results of eye test and to hear when I am getting my refund. and this wrong prescription did not only happen to me happened to a close friend to.
