False info given and then claim only paid half

I am part of Discovery Key Care and i optained an Auth code to see a specialist from Discovery on the 01 July 2013 whcih was valid for 30 days. I called to make an appointment to where i was advised that i would need to pay in full. I called and spoke to Brian to advise why, he advised that i should pay upfront and would be able to claim my money back. At this stage Brian advised that the Doctor was off the list he never ONCE mentioned that i would not be able to claim back in full, he said that he would advise about what to do next. It was only when i sent in my claim that i saw i only received half due to the fact the doctor was off the list. I called again and was advised from Ashad that the doctor was pulled off onthe 03rd July, no one had called tolet me know after Discovery had given me an Auth code to see him. I had still at this point a month later not heard from Brian, i went from Natasha to another lady eho was the manager of the specialist department who advised that i would get a full refund and then finally back to Brian where i was told that i would NOT get refunded in full.

I feel this is disgusting and. First im getting 100% back then not.!!!
