BAD SERVICE AT AFRICAN PRIDE MELROSE POOL AREA

The hotel and pool area is really lovely but had a bad experience yesterday, the service at the pool area was really bad we waited 20-25 minutes for our drinks order every time and the pool area was not even busy and there were 4-5 bar tenders behind the counter. The food wasn't that good and we were really disappointed considering that African Pride is such an upmarket hotel.
