Being transferred and not solving reason for call

I called the call centre for feedback on an ongoing issue concerning my vitality account of which one of their consultants was suppose to get back to me 13:00 today. i called in to get an update on the status of my request. I spent half an hour on the phone being transferred from one person and department to the other having to explain the reason for my call to every person and going through a verification process with every person although i have been speaking to one of their agents. At the end i ended up back @ switchboard (this after 25 minutes) to be asked to once again to verify who i am and the nature for my call at which stage I just lost it.
