I called choice numbers with a simple query on 22/01/2014 @ 03h12 i was told by switchboard that only Sibonelo could assist m and i was transferred to him. I was kept on the line for several minutes before ending the call because there was no answer and called again when i was told by switchboard that sibonelo has left for the day and i should call again tomorrow. So i call today at 09h12 and i am still on the line waiting for somebody to answer the phones at 09h41. switchboard put me through and there was no answer i ended call and called back spok to Gugu on the switchboard and explained that i havent been assisted for so long being on hold and she in return in a rude and abrupt tone responed that she is in switchboard and doesnt know what they are doing in their office as she cannot see and then rudelt transferred me again without even telling me i am now being transferred! i was then holding on waiting for somebody to answer right up until now! If theres no answer why dont the calls bounce back to switchboard atleast! this is really pathetic
