Still waiting 2 weeks late

I recently received an account from the pathologists which I duly paid directly and submitted the account with the receipt to Discovery for reimbursement. I then received an e-mail stating that the medical practitioner would be reimbursed on 16th Jan. I contacted Discovery's call center on Saturday 6th Jan and after being on hold for 22 mins I realised their 24/7 call centre is obviously not open on weekends so I tried them again on 7th Jan. I was told to resend my receipt which I duly did. I followed up on 15th Jan and was assured my query would be "escalated." A week later having heard nothing I followed up to be told that I "should" have had feedback by now and my agent would be instructed to get back to me ASAP. Three days later and I've still heard nothing. So the pathologists have been paid twice, I've not been reimbursed and no-one at Discovery can get it together to even put in a call to explain what's happening. And that for someone who has been a customer for 16 years.
