Jason was asked if there was a list of psychologists in my area and are they covered with the plan i have (network) and if there are no savings will it go under my hospital plan.

his answer was NOTHING related to my question, i asked him what was my question, he asked me to repeat it.

BAD LISTENING SKILLS, am very disappointed
