I WAS ADMITTED LAST WEEK THE LADY AT THE EMERGENCY ROOMS TRIED 4 TIMES TO GET A VAIN IN ORDER TO PUT A DRIP, SHE WAS A TRAINEE, EVENTUALLY ANOTHER LADY CAME TO PUT THE DRIP ENDED UP WITH A ARM FULL OF BRUISING ALL OVER AS SHE SEARCHED FOR THE VAIN. LATER ON I GOT ADMITTED, MUST SAY DAY STAFF WONDERFULL, THE ONE LADY IN CHARGE AT NIGHT SHIFT, TERRIBLE YOU MUST KNOW WHEN THE REST OF THE STAFF CALLS HER THE DRILL SEARGENT - YOUR SICK SO WHY SHOULD TO TAKE BEING HANDLED LIKE THIS. AFTER 5 DAYS I WAS ABLE TO GO HOME WHAT A RELEAVE ONLY LATER ON TO FIND OUT THAT THE CASE MANAGER HAS NOT UPDATED THE AUTH CODE IN ORDER FOR THE MEDICAL AID TO PAY THE FULL BILL SO I PHONE AND TO NO SURPRISE THEY ALSO HAVE NO MANNERS, I PHONED AT 8.10 AM, SHE HAS NOT YET LOGGED IN AND MADE ME WAIT WHILE SHE IS GETTING READY TO START HER DAYS WORK. THEN ONLY TO TELL ME I WILL HAVE TO PHONE BACK AS SHE IS NOT THE ONE WORKING ON MY FILE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD TAKE A MESSAGE AND SHE REFUSED AND TOLD ME TO PHONE BACK IN 10 MIN, HOW REDICULOUS. WHITH BAD ATTITUTE SHE MAD EIT CLEAR SHE WILL NOT TAKE A MESSAGE, ALL SHE HAD TO DO IS GIVE THE OTHER PERSON MY FILE NUMBER AND ASK HER TO UPDATE IT
