Notification 5 months after hospitalization of unp

Today I received a call from a quite rude lady - telling me that my medical aid has not settled my account with them. I have been to the netcare hospital in our area and I have been told to visit life healthcare as that is the preferred provider for my medical aid. I went to the emergency room at life healthcare springs parkland clinic, and I have been busy aborting pregnancy. life healthcare springs parkland clinic does not have a maternity ward and they transferred me to life healthcare st Mary's womens clinic. I have been admitted, hospitalized, operated and yet NOBODY told me that I have been in a hospital that my medical aid does not pay??? why do I have to pay R5000 if I have a medical aid!!! why did they take 4 months to notify me! I have fainted and I have been taken to theatre without my consent at the time! why did they not notify me of this earlier - before I fainted! I only got ill the next morning!!! the information on my bill from life st marys clinic is completely wrong! I have been referred by dr E Pavlova and the file says self referral. I have been seen by dr Naicker and my file says Dr Venter??? please assist!!!
