Bad overall service at Arwyp

I took my Wife to their casualties at about 16:00. After being examined the doctor told us that she must be admitted. We received the authorization from the medical aid at about 19:30. At 21:00 when I queried how long it will still take for the admission file, the lady at admissions told me sorry but she is swamped with work, she has a whole 3 files to open. My wife got to her bed at about 21:45. The following night when she asked for something for the pain, the sister told her no she can wait till the next day. She finally got hold of the Night Matron who finally sorted it out
In my eye this is poor service on their side and the staff that is on the night shift in the area she is admitted to are are just plain rude
