Drip left unattended for 5 hours baby hand swollen

My daughter was admitted for Broncho at this hospital, on one of the days during the week 04/09 she just cried the whole day complaining about the pain on the hand that had the drip, The nurse just flushed the drip and said everything is fine, after 5hours the hand was hard as a rock. I was then told the nurse in charge Sister Kotu didn't check with her juniour if they did the right thing cause the drip was out of the vain all along.

This hospital is suppose to give above standrd service since its a private hospital but they operate even worse than a goverment hospital. We paying a lot of money to be getting such a lame service. I will never come again and fellow citizens take your money where there is good service not this hospital at all.
