Refund

On 2 September Discovery took off R9k off my husbands bank account instead of R4.5k. Discovery has admitted it was their error and promised a refund. Today is the 3rd time I have spoken to someone and nobody seems to have a clue why the refund has not taken place. Ref no. 29914015505. Please sort out immediately. Very unhappy.
