Refund

A while ago I had to be admitted to the Rosebank Clinic. Unfortunately the surgeon was contracted out ot the medical aid. I had to make a payment to him of R18000.00 and then claim back from Discovery. Today I received my refund of the grand total of R4400.00!!! Thats about 25% of what I had to pay! I never expected a full refund, but so little?! Thats absolutely outrageous!
