This joke for a medical aid should close down

This is on behalf of my sister who's been strugling to get these people to pay the Dr 's bill. They sent her a tax certificate with an amount of R9, 018.92 that is unclaimed, whereas they didn't pay the Dr last year saying funds have exhausted. When my sister quiried this she was asked to send all the necessary docs including Dr's bill. My sister faxed everything to manqoba and he confirmed that he recieved all the documents, and promised to get back to her. This was in August, till to date no feedabck from these clowns, when she calls, she gets send from pillar to post. Manqoba is no where to be found. She doesn't regret resigning from this medical aid. Her membership no was 7794886
