Still waiting for my refund for almost a month now

My son was admitted at Flora Clinic on the 27th June 2013 at Flora Clinic, i was told that my medical aid was exhausted (which was not true), was asked to pay which i did. The next day i called the medical aid to query, why they said my funds were exhausted, which they've confirmed that it was not exhausted, and asked that i should send my proof of payment as they've paid the claim already and it will be refunded to me in 3 working days. I have send it twice and call again and again. This morning i called and they now cannot find the documents which i've send twice and even have the proof. In response they were very rude and ask that i should send it again. AFTER ALMOST A MONTH!!!
