Well informed salesperson

I recently purchased a GPS from Hi Fi corporation at the Mall @ Carnival and met the salesperson Monde. He advised me to which he thought was the best, but as I used the other brand for many years, I insisted that I should take that one, only to find that it had changed and was now not so user friendly as I thought. I went back to Hi Fi and Monde was very polite and help full to change it for the one he advised me to buy at first. He is very well informed with the product he is selling and I would go the extra mile to do business with him again. I also met a number of the rest of the staff and found them all friendly, polite and help full, something I do not find in a lot of shops these days.
