We received an sms on the 26.09.2013 that reads as (Dear client. Your account reflect an old overdue amount which will be taken via debit order. For queries please contatc:0861212400.I Immediately contacted ADT and spoke to the guy call Mzwahke i explained to him that we received an sms, he went to check my account he noticed that it is thier mistake our account is up to date, he took my numbers he said he was going to speak to one of the Credit Controller.

Later he called me and explain that it is a mistake in their side but it is sorted there wont debit my account, i thought that the matter is resolved, on the 28.09.2013 my account was debited i requested the refund was send pila to post.

Sent and email this this address [Email Removed] and received an outo reply with this as my reference (Ticket: E1B684952B102 Re: FW: ADT Invoice) till today i have not receive ant respond from them, spoeke to lady aclled Collert at this number 011 321 4789, she promised to refund my money back till today no refund was done.

Everytime i call her she is going to check with finance why is the refund not done and will give a call which she has never done.
