Eally shocking out come

Yesterday my fiance got a call from a lady names santi . she send out a notice saying she will list him on ITC and i my self know for a fact that its a 20 working day notice you cant list some one the next day after sending the notice out...
in 2011 my self and my fiance took our son to DR JANEKE the ent at mulbarton hospital one week later the doctor took my son to theatre and he operated on my son... 2 days later he wanted to see how well he was doing so i took him back... he asked to see my son once a day so we did so and then the one day we had my sons friend with us and him not knowing that this little girl was not on our medical aid he charged us for it... when we got the statement form the medical aid we saw that and we took it up with the accounts lady at hes rooms and she said she no need to worry they will fix it and now my fiance is being listed on itc cause of this mistake... santi comes across as rude and shoudnt be dealing with peoples credit profiles causeshe will make careless mistakes like this... something should be done about this doctor and santi
