APPALLING SERVICE!!!

I needed compression stockings for my swollen foot, my reflexologist referred the place to me they called me in April (5months ago) spoke to some man who said my stockings would take 6 weeks, I waited for longer than 6weeks I called them and the lady I spoke to (Santi in Benoni) said there was no order placed under my name. I went to see Santi on 15 June she took my measurements and assured me that I would get my stockings after 6 weeks. I waited again for longer than 6weeks I called her and she couldn't give me a clear answer as to why she never called me and where my stockings are, I then called the head office in PTA I spoke to Ryan and he saw on the system that my stockings were only ordered on the 12 July! He then assured me that my stockings would be delivered on 20 August. Santi then called me and gave me some other stockings, while I wait, which are a little big for me! Santi said she would call me and let me know what is happening with my order but no one has called me back. Ryan also promised he would keep calling me to give me an update and he has never done that. It's disgusting that these people are supposed to help those with physical problems but they're not!!
