Claims not handled properly for over a month

I sent through claims to Discovery for Doctor's bills at the end of July 2013. I then received feedback that the statements needed to be amended as information was missing. I had the Doctors amend their statements and resubmitted to Discovery claims adjustments on 12 August 2013. After hearing nothing back, I called a week later to Tshepo at the call centre. Tshepo instructed me to send my claims to [Email Removed] I did so on 19 August 2013 to Desiree. I did not hear anything back from either after being promised that it would be resolved. Only after sending DesireeN an email again today am I told that information is still required. It has taken Discovery over a month to resolve a simple matter and it is still not resolved. The call centre is not very helpful and it appears that customer service is not a priority. When a customer has to call back and resubmit numerous times just to get a status update then you know it is bad... Discover seems to only respond when you nag and request feedback on something that should take no longer than 72 hours... Discovery is however quick to collect money due to them. Extremely pathetic service is all that I can say.
