Never worked with anyone this polite

I called the Discovery call centre with multiple queries and i spoke to Megan in the call centre. She was beyond helpful. we were on the phone for /- a half an hour and she answered all my questions, gave me advice and helped whilst adding a personal touch. I have never called a call centre and received such amazing service it is normally just another person who is just as annoyed as you are which leaves you more annoyed after.

I would juts like to thank Megan from Discovery for all her help and advice and making the call worth while and leaving me with a smile on my face afterwards instead of being irritated like i was before.
