So I left Discovery last year December to join a cheaper medical aid, last week in enquired why my MSA is not transferred to the new medical aid and i was told that i need to motivate in written why i should have my MSA transferred before the waiting period of 4 months. My issue is that as you can see i have a dependent who needs access to the MSA as you know kids and day care colds now and then. I'm writing to you to consider this proposal.
