My fiance and I booked our honeymoon to Mauritius through Club Med. While we have had no trouble with their service, we are absolutely appalled at their lack of logic with regards to booking our flights. At absolutely no point in time did the sales consultant mention the of the flights, which are quite conveniently no where near the details of the booking, and consequently we are booked on a flight exceptionally early in the morning! Furthermore, the package on offer, the "Honeymoon" package, lists one of it's features as a late check out; Wat is the point of this if the flights are to be booked so early?
Lastly, I feel like we are being cheated out of a day. We paid for 10 days of holiday, not 9 and not even a last sunrise.
While I understand that they are legally within their rights and we have no recourse, I hope that people out there are made aware of the nature of the people they are dealing with and their "couldn't care" approach to our honeymoon.
