A Ticket was booked to fly from OR Thambo to Bloemfontein for the 17 th of July departing at 18h30. We arrived at 18h05 and was told the gates closes 30 minutes prior to the flight. No luggage to check in! and struggled for 10 minutes at the 'e-counter' On the confirmation email I received it states that boarding gates closes 15 minutes prior not 30!! Good accepted that and went home. On the 18th tried to alter the booking that I missed and accidentally booked another flight to Bloemfontein, phoned the call center to cancel the extra flight and just alter the first flight since I could not do it myself on the website. I was told that only 50 % would be refunded for the mistake of the second booking even if I phoned them right after the booking. Argued with them to refund 100 % since the booking was not even 5 minutes prior to my call to the call center. All I was told is THAT IS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! Nobody at the call center could help me!! I am not even complaining about the bad service I got from Faith Msidi she really needs training on how to speak to customers. Nobody at this company are in a position to make any 'human' decisions.
