San lameer booking disgust

I booked a 2sleeper villa belonging to a mrs maretha els who complained that her villa was left in a bad condition & refuses to give me back my deposit.i went back to the villa to see what she was talking about since she sent me a pic of a scene set by her. she ran into the villa &slammed the door shut, shouting something at me as I got out the car.she thought I had left san lameer already so she about the condition of the villa to keep my deposit. she was shocked wen i showed up to find what the pic she sent me was about.we had booked other villas privately so we literally only slept & showered there. How many others has she done this to? or was this a act? I regret ever booking through safarinow since this trip ended so badly.their screening should be more thorough. Even san lameer themselves have ongoing conflict with maretha, I found out while calling to find out who could assist in getting to the truth. Maretha els is a person that to take advantage of holiday makers & [URL Removed] is allowing her to do so by letting out her villas. Her attitude is unprofessional & disgustingly dishonest to say the least.honesty doesn't go running & slamming doors. Anashri
